| The 2005 Development Agreement between the Town of Kiawah Island and Kiawah Resort Associates specifies that KICA's attorney shall be G. Trenholm Walker. The following list of alternate attorneys may be used by KICA in the event Mr. Walker recuses himself from representing KICA, or in the event a majority of the KICA board determines that there is a conflict of interest with respect to a given matter. |
