Board meetings are held on Mondays, 2 p.m., at the Sandcastle unless otherwise noted.

All dates, times and locations are subject to change. Please call KICA toll-free at 866-226-1770 or locally at 843-768-9194 if you plan to attend to confirm a date, time and location. Other special meetings may be added as needed. You can find the agenda for each board meeting linked to the corrosponding date below.

Immediately following the annual meeting, a regular board of directors meeting is scheduled, during which the officers of the board will be elected.

Association members are welcome to attend board meetings via teleconference. Before the day of the session, please contact Lois Randall (843-768-9194, lois.randall@kica.us) to let us know you will attend, so that admin can dial to start the conference. At the time of the session, call 1-866-365-4406. Enter the access code 768-9194, followed by the pound key. Please enjoy the music while admin dials in to start the conference.
