| Each new owner of property on Kiawah received a New Member Welcome Guide on CD from KICA shortly after closing. The Welcome Guide is an extensive compilation of helpful information, both on Kiawah and the greater Charleston area. We have received such positive feedback from new KICA members on the New Member Welcome Guide that we wanted to make it more readily accessible for all of our members.
