The member services department of the administrative division assists our members with services such as vehicle decals, requests for maintenance and emergency notification lists.

Use the following forms to request service. Just print and complete the forms, include any required attachments or payments and mail or fax it back to us.

Member services at the recreation department can assist you with your questions regarding rental of the Rhett's Bluff and Cinder Creek boating and recreation facilities. We hope you find this on-line service desk helpful and time-saving.

Boat Launch

The association administers access to the boat launch facility at the Rhett's Bluff Landing. We remind you that the boat storage facilities are administered by KRA. Please check in advance at 843-768-5412 before bringing your boat to Kiawah, as boats may not be stored where they are visible, such as your driveway.

The Cinder Creek Canoehouse is designed exclusively for engine-less boats such as canoes and kayaks. The facility is situated on the banks of the Preserve subdivision, on the banks of Cinder Creek. A limited number of storage spaces for canoes are available."

Family Member Permission Request Form

KICA members may authorize immediate family members to use the facilities at the Sandcastle Community Center as "unaccompanied guests" for a fee.

"Grandfathered" Golf Cart Policy and Application

The use of private golf carts on Kiawah's roads and leisure trails is prohibited, effective July 1, 2000. If you owned a golf cart prior to that date, the tour cart was "grandfathered" into the policy.

Joint-Owners of a Single Property Form

If your property is jointly owned (other than by husband and wife), please provide us with the names and contact information of each individual owner or couple using the Joint-Owners of a Single Property form.

Long-Term Tenants

This addendum is included with and becomes a part of any lease pertinent to condos, villas, cottages and single-family homes located within the community of Kiawah Island. A copy of the lease and a signed Long-Term Tenant Lease Addendum are required in order for a long-term renter to receive a Kiawah decal for the renter's vehicle.

Renters who have signed a long-term lease for nine months or more are eligible to receive a maximum of three property owner decals for their vehicle or to use the Sandcastle Community Center with the completion of the Long-Term Tenant Decal Application.

Pavilion Rentals

Cinder Creek Pavilion is a screened facility set on the banks of Cinder Creek in the Preserve subdivision. The facility has ceiling fans and a fireplace, with electrical power and nearby restrooms.

Pet Registry Form

Provide KICA with some standard information about your pet, just in case he or she ever becomes lost on the island. Our Security department frequently picks up animals who have "escaped" from home. Help us make it easier to return your pet to you, safely and quickly, by completing a Pet Registry Form!

Sandcastle Sponsored Guest Form

KICA members may authorize extended family and friends to use the facilities at the Sandcastle Community Center as "unaccompanied guests" for a fee, and a completed Sandcastle Sponsored Guest Form.

Special Event Application Form

Use this form to apply for permission to hold a special event on the island. For purposes of the application, a special event is defined as:

• The number of four-wheeled vehicle gate access passes required (for non-members) is expected to exceed 50; or
• The number four-wheeled vehicle gate access passes required (for non-members) is expected to exceed 25, and the event will utilize more than two vehicles with over four wheels.
