The Environment/Services Committee expresses its gratitude to the Kiawah Island Community Association (KICA) Board of Directors for affording the committee members the opportunity to participate in this long-range planning project. The committee hopes that the ideas put forth in this document will prove useful to the board as it shapes the future of Kiawah Island.
